Same Day Shipping

Aqua Bailers® is committed to supporting your schedule and will make every effort to process and ship your order same day. All products listed in our catalog are stocked and ready for immediate processing. We can also palletize large orders for your convenience and additional savings.

International Orders

Handling, packaging, shipping and documentation charges will be added to invoices for export shipments when applicable.  International shipments cannot be processed using the Aqua Bailers website shopping cart. Please contact our office directly by telephone or email when placing an order for international shipment.

Taxes

Any tax that must be imposed by law on the sale of products made or sold by Aqua Bailers will be added to the final sales price of such products.

Special Products

Products made to customer specifications are non-refundable. Requests for cancellation of custom products will not be considered if the product manufacturing is in process when the request reaches the Aqua Bailers® office.

Warranty

Aqua Bailers’® warranty obligation is limited to non-conforming goods and extends to the original purchaser only. Products to be examined, repaired, or replaced will be returned to Aqua Bailers® at our discretion. Products are not to be returned, nor will they be received, without prior written permission from Aqua Bailers®. Remedies are available only if our examination discloses to our satisfaction that such defects actually exist and were not caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, attempts to repair, or any other cause beyond the range of normal usage, or by accident, fire or other hazard. Aqua Bailers’® exclusive liability and your exclusive remedies under this exclusive warranty shall be replacement of non-conforming products or merchandise credit limited to the purchase price paid by the Purchaser. Consequential damages are expressly excluded. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise accepted for credit. Aqua Bailers® must receive all returns with 30 days from original shipment date. Contact the office for details on returning defective products. Aqua Bailers® disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including the “warranty of fitness for particular purpose” and “warranty of merchantability,” except as provided explicitly in this paragraph.
